The Supreme Court has affirmed Ikechi Emenike as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, Igbere TV reports.

The apex court on Thursday upheld the decision of the court of appeal sitting in Owerri which dismissed the suit from former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah challenging the emergence of Emenike at the party’s primary.
