OPINION: Why Enugu East Senatorial Zone Needs Princess Ada Ogbu

By Comr Emmanuel Ebuka Chukwu

Enugu East Senatorial Zone arguably is the most under-represented zone in the South East, if not in the entire Nigeria.

The zone has not been fortunate when it comes to representation in the government, whether in the state or federal.

The effects of this bad and under representation are mainly felt by those residing in the rural areas as they are denied good roads, electricity, drinkable water, health care, and other basic infrastructures that are included in their representatives’ constituency allowances.

We have been having it bad in Enugu East Senatorial Zone when it comes to representation, however, we have not had it this bad when compared to the current dispensation.

We have seen almost 8 years wasted by the current Senator.

Eight years of denied job opportunities.

Eight years of denied youths, men and women empowerments.

Eight years of no visible projects, except pictures.

Eight years of passing through bad roads.

Eight years of decayed infrastructures.

Eight years of poverty and impoverishment.

Eight years of raining insults to his constituents on Twitter.

For these reasons, High Princess Ada Ogbu has presented herself as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable by her people to right the wrong.

She has opened the eyes of her people to see what they have lost for close to 24years.

She has come to give us the voice that has not been heard for close to 24 years now.

The voice for a better tomorrow.

No wonder everyone wants to get close to her. She has what it takes to rewrite that unpleasant history of 24 years of unproductivity and under representation.

Ndi Enugu East Senatorial Zone are ready to make the best choice by voting in a senator they can be proud of for the first time.

We are ready to hear and experience the VOICE for a better tomorrow.
