On Thursday, the vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kashim Shettima looked dumfounded as people walked away while he was speaking in a town hall meeting with private sector stakeholders, IGBERETV reports.
In a video obtained by IGBERETV, an event official could be heard pleading with some of the guests.
He said;
“Please, can we be seated? One house, please. Our VIP guests in the front here. Please, we are still on live television. We are still on live TV, please.”
As the state’s governor, Hope Uzodinma, said the stakeholders should sit as the meeting was not over, the event official asked security men to man the gate properly.
This happened after the party’s Imo campaign rally in Owerri, the capital of Imo State, on Wednesday.
