The Delta State Commissioner of Police Ali Mohammed has condemned the destruction of assets by some protesting youths in the state, IgbereTV reports.
The angry youths had staged a protest against the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), in at Otovwodo Ughelli and Effurun towns in Delta.
The youths set ablaze over 12 trucks laden with petroleum products and granites at Otovwodo axis.
The riot claimed one life, left two critically injured, and property worth millions of naira destroyed.
