The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, on Thursday, cautioned Nigerians making degrading statements about the country in the build-up to the 2023 general elections, IgbereTV reports
Fashola issued the warning at TheNiche Annual Lecture on the 2023 Elections and the Future of Nigeria’s Democracy held in Lagos.
He urged Nigerians to desist from blowing the country’s challenges out of proportion.
The minister decried the growing abuse and reckless statement on social media.
