A man has shared video that captured the moment he stopped a police van driving behind him from allegedly violating traffic rules in Abuja, IGBERETV reports.
In the video, the man stopped in front of a traffic light with the police van behind him as he accused them of attempting to break the red light and move which he successfully prevented.
