In Port Harcourt, Rivers state residents have been shocked as an alleged unpaid polytechnic lecturer becomes a bus conductor, IGBERETV reports.
In the video making rounds, the alleged lecturer was seen calling passengers to the bus. This is due to the lack of payment of the polytechnic lecturers.
But without ad revenue, we wouldn't even be here. And we might not be here much longer.
