St. Mathew Catholic Church Utugwang in Obudu LGA of Cross River State has started stopping worshippers who have no permanent voters card (PVC) from entering the church for worship, IGBERETV reports.
According to the rule, every worshiper who wants to enter the church must present his or her PVC or present an evidence to show that the he or she is making effort to get the card.
