An Improvised Explosive Device planted by terrorists in the Danmusa Local Government Area of Katsina State exploded killing three soldiers, IgbereTV reports
A detachment of soldiers were on a special operation at the Kaiga community when one of their vehicles stepped on the IED and exploded leading to the death of the soldiers and injuring others.
The injured were rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Katsina.
The soldiers were coming from Mara to Kiaga where the was planted IED.
Military high command is yet to come up with a statement as at press time
