All Progressives Congress National Presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has snubbed President Muhammad Buhari’s invitation to Aso villa and traveled to Saudi Arabia for lesser hajj.
IGBERE TV reports that Tinubu arrived Medina early morning Tuesday and he is expected to get to Mecca by evening.
IGBERE TV had reported that Buhari will on Tuesday evening host several members of the All Progressives Congress leadership in an Iftar dinner at the State House, Abuja.
According to an invitation letter seen by our correspondent, those invited for the meeting include former Lagos State Governor and Presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu, former National Chairmen of the APC, Dr John Oyegun, and Adams Oshiomhole, former Adamawa state Governor, Murtala Nyako.
According to sources close to Tinubu, he will return to Nigeria by weekend to continue his nationwide consultation for his presidential ambition.
Tinubu has been meeting various National and APC stakeholders to intimate them about his plan to be next President of Nigeria and sharing his vision of a better country he is prepared to lead.
