Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State identifies with Hon. Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah, State Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), on the occasion of the memorial service of his parents, Lady Felicia Chianuka Agballah and Hon. Sir Hyacinth Okoli Petrus Agballah (Ogbuibor N’ Udi), at Mater Dei Secondary School, Udi Station, Udi Local Government Area of the state.
Highpoint of the event is the dedication of ‘Petrus and Chianuka Memorial Hostel’, built by Barr. Agballah and donated to Mater Dei Secondary School, Udi LGA, in memory of his parents.
