Isuikwuato/Umunneochi 2023: UPM Purchases Nomination Form For Amobi Ogah 

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the Umunneochi Progressive Minds (UPM) Abuja Branch has obtained the nomination and expression of interest forms of the PDP for Chief Amobi Ogah to contest for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency.

Chairman of the group, Comrade Ogu Augustine Uchenna on Tuesday presented the forms to Chief Amobi who recently defected from the APC to the PDP. Chief Amobi while receiving the forms expressed gratitude to the group for the kind gesture, stating that he will not disappoint them.

 


When elected as flag bearer of the PDP in the 2023 House of Representatives election for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency, Ogah was expected to slug it out with candidates of other political parties for the House of Representatives seat.

Amobi’s defection to the PDP in the state Has continued to attract accolades and massive support from Political stalwarts and constituents. Also, Amobi is expected to be formally accepted into the People’s Democratic Party in the coming days at a grand rally in his Uturu home town . According to reports, The executive Governor of the state, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu is expected to grace the epoch rally alongside other PDP big wigs.
