The Katsina State Government has urged the Federal Government to deploy more troops and supply them with more sophisticated equipment to boost the terrorism fight in the state, IgbereTV reports.
The Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa made the call on Tuesday when the newly posted Katsina Commissioner of Police, CP Idrisu Dauda Dabban, paid a visit to him.
Dr. Inuwa restated the commitment of the Katsina State Government to providing the necessary logistics support to the security agencies in order to win the fight against terrorism and other heinous crimes in all parts of the state
