Recall that Gov. Ugwuanyi’s administration had relocated Enugu North zonal offices of some Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) from various makeshift structures in Nsukka to the new State Secretariat Annex at Ede-Oballa, for cohesion and proper coordination of government activities.
