Oyingbo Market Traders Protest Against Folashade Tinubu (Photos)

Traders at the popular Oyingbo market today November 17, staged a peaceful protest following the closure of the market, IgbereTV reports.

The protesting traders carried placards with different inscriptions. One of the placards read “Folashade Tinubu Ojo, Ahmed Tinubu’s daughter leave Oyingbo Market alone. Mainland Local Government, hear our cry.”

Another trader carried a placard that read “Folashade Ojo Tinubu, we have children and we have house rent to settle. We refused to be miscreants.”

It is not clear what their grouse with Shade Tinubu is. Shade is the current president of the Association of Commodity Market Women and Men of Nigeria.
