Popular Nollywood actor, Chinwetalu Agu, who was yesterday arrested for wearing Biafra Dress has stated that he wore the ‘Rising Sun’ Dress without disturbing public peace, IgbereTV reports.
He said this when he was brought into the custody of Nigeria Army.
