The Youth leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Ogochukwu Elem is reportedly dead, Igbere TV has learnt.

As at the time of filing this, details of his death is still sketchy but a close source to the party told Igbere TV correspondent in Ebonyi State that Comrade Ogochukwu died on Saturday.
