The Executive director of the popular online news platform, Igbere TV, Mr Emeh James Anyalekwa has congratulated Mr Okoye Chidiebele Stephens, the Head of Dez Mayorz on his appointment as Special Assistant to the Port Harcourt City Mayor, Sir Allwell Ihunda.
