'Nnamdi Kanu's Trial On The 26th of July 2021 Will Not Hold' - Barr. Ejimakor

Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel To IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu has stated during an interview with BBC Pigin that the court trial of Nnamdi Kanu earlier scheduled for 26th July 2021 will not hold, IgbereTV reports.

Ejimakor stated that Nnamdi Kanu who is currently in the custody of the DSS was kidnapped, and that is a criminal offence. He stated that based on international laws, Nigeria would have to be questioned for kidnapping Kanu, and for this reason Nigeria lost the moral and legal right to try Nnamdi Kanu, which now makes his planned trial on the 26th of July unrealistic.
