The candidate of All progressive Congress for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal constituency in the just concluded General Election and the leader of Nde Uwaoma foundation Lady Blessing Uwaoma Nwokenneya ( odi uko n’mba) has felicitated Dr. Madukwe Ukaegbu on his appointment as the federal Commissioner at the Public Complaints Commission representing Abia state.
