A frontline Governorship aspirant in the November 6 Anambra election, under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Prof. Charles Soludo, has said that Anambra State remains an APGA State.
He said that the masses are very happy with the government of APGA in Anambra State because of their unprecedented achievements and good governance, and that they are ready to sustain the good governance by re-electing APGA in November, 2021.
Prof. Soludo disclosed this to IgbereTv penultimate weekend at Nimo, Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, when he paid a visit to the Honourable member representing the people of Njikoka State constituency in Anambra House of Assembly, Hon. Pete Ibida(Ide Nimo).
Soludo, who described his ambition to run for Anambra guber as divine, called on the people to give him their support across party line, promising that he will bring his wealth of experience to bear to consolidating on the existing indelible achievements of APGA Government in the State.
However, he used the opportunity to thank Hon. Pete Ibida for his unflinching support towards the project of sustaining good governance.
Responding, Hon. Dr. Pete Ibida, the performing House of Assembly member representing Njikoka 2 State constituency, remarked that Prof. Soludo is the answer and solution come November 6, adding that as the best man for the Job, victory is assured.
Dr. Ibida, who described Prof. Soludo as the best candidate for the forthcoming election, recounted that he will continue to galvanize support for him, noting that Njikoka Local Government is intact for him.
On his part, Hon. Chinedu Obinegwe, the Honourable member representing Anambra East and West in the Federal House of Representatives, said that the history of APGA in Anambra State cannot be complete without mentioning the name of Prof. Soludo, adding that this is a pay back time to reward him for his indelible contributions to the growth of the party.
According to him: “Prof. Charles Soludo is a good product that does not need much advertisement”.
Meanwhile, Hon. Obinegwe, who described APGA as the only United party in Nigeria that has the interest of the people at heart, called on more Anambrarians to join the party to enjoy more democracy dividends.
The high point of the occasion was the award of distinction presented to Hon. Dr. Pete Ibida for his outstanding support to “SOLUDO SOLIDARITY GROUP”, Njikoka branch.
