News filtering in from the Federal High Court Holden at Abuja indicates that the judgement is in favour of one of the contenders for the authentic flagbearer of APC for the conducted bye-election of Okigwe North senatorial zone.
IgbereTv is reliably gathered that the appellate court presided by Justice Taiwo has mandated INEC to issue a certificate of return within 72 hours to Senator Ifeanyi Araraume.
It will be recalled that Araraume and Ibezim have been in a long drawn battle on who is the authentic candidate for the APC in that bye-election.
With this judgement, it is expected for INEC to comply pending other appeals at various courts as the senatorial zone cannot remain perpetually unrepresented.
