An erudite scholar and President of Alaigbo Development Foundation (ADF), a socio-political and economic watchdog of the Igbo ethnic conglomeration, Professor T. Uzodimma Nwala, has revealed that the ongoing kidnapping acts taking place in the northern region of Nigeria is a calculated scheme that is politically motivated.
The outspoken and fiery statesman stated this when he interacted with newsmen in Owerri over a wide range of issues bedeviling our nation and his state, Imo.
“The present wave of kidnappings of school children now going on in the northern states is indeed a scam. It is a clear way of allocating public funds for maintenance of fulani jihardists occupation.”
