Building of modern bus shelters is presently ongoing in Enugu metropolis, IgbereTV reports.
Last year, the Ugwuanyi-led administration approved the construction of 194 modern bus shelters at various bus-stops locations in Enugu, to replace the previous ones which were destroyed by hoodlums during the #EndSARS protest.
The new bus shelter is of a better quality as it is made of concrete rather than plastic which was used for making the previous ones.
On Friday March 5, when IgbereTV crew visited areas such as Ogui Road and Zik Avenue, construction of the new bus shelters were seen going on simultaneously and supervised by the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority (ECDTA).
