The Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Deacon Francis Nwaze has bagged an award of excellence for selfless service in promoting democracy and good governance in Ebonyi State.
The award was bestowed on the Special Assistant by the National Association of Ebonyi State Law School Students.
Presenting the award to the SA, the Coordinator of Association, Comrade Kenneth Eyeke said Deacon Nwaze was carefully selected for the award based on his track record in the publicity of Government programmes and services.
He congratulated him for meeting the requirements for the award.
Responding, the Special Assistant to the Governor thanked the Association for finding him worthy of the recognition.
While dedicating the award to the Governor for the opportunity to serve in his Government Deacon Nwaze said he was already challenged to do more through the award.
