Twitter users and friends of a Babcok student named Tobe Duru have raised an alarm following claims that he’s trying to commit suicide, IgbereTV reports.
A Twitter user claimed the undergraduate was making an attempt to take his life. The Twitter user pleaded with anyone close by to check on him in Gideon Hall.
He wrote:
“PLEASE if you’re in Babcock look for tobe Duru In Gideon hall, he’s trying to commit suicide”

As concern for Tobe intensified, he later gave an update, saying:

The reason for his alleged attempt on his life was not given.
