LG Poll: Hon. Mascot Uzor Kalu Visits APC Sole-Candidate For Aba South (Photos)

It was a mini-concert on Thursday Nov 12, 2020 in Aba South as hundreds of APC party faithfuls trooped out in celebration to welcome their leader, Hon. Mascot Uzor Kalu as he pay a solidarity visit to Mr. Christopher Igboko Okoroafor, the APC Aba South sole-candidate for Chairmanship position ahead of the election.

Igbere TV reports that Hon. Mascot Uzor Kalu is the leader of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Aba North and South local government areas of Abia State.

The former Abia Chief of Staff, in his speech, described the APC Chairmanship Candidate as “a man of the people, whose good heart speak volumes” of him.

Kalu said he is confident enough that the popularity of both APC and her candidates for chairmanship and councillor will play out in the forthcoming election come Dec. 18, 2020.

Hon. Mascot Kalu, APC 2019 House of Reps candidate for Aba North and South federal constituency, also admonished party members to be faithful to the course at hand in delivering all candidates.

He charged all to come out in full assurance that the party will protect their votes, adding that, “it is time for all members to show loyalty to the party APC.”

Other speakers who spoke at the event, thanked the party leader Hon. Mascot Kalu “who has always shown capacity in leading and uniting the party in Aba North and South LGA” as they all showered goodwill prayers on him.

The speakers also played great support to the aspiration of Mr. Christopher and all the councillor candidates.

Christopher AKA ‘De Boy is Good’, in his thank you speech on behalf of all the candidates in Aba South, appreciated the party leader Hon. Mascot Kalu for his simplicity, humility, and ‘leader by example’ lifestyle.

He thanked the party members for the level of trust imposed on him and his fellow candidate and promised to never disappoint them as his government, by the grace of God, will be for the people and only people-oriented.

Other dignitaries in attendance were Hon. Christian Emejiaka, Hon. Cassidy, Lady Ngozi Orji, Reality Org. Women Leader, Ezeogo Eme, Hon. Okay Okolo, Hon. Victor, Hon. Ifeanyi Mbakwe, LG Sec., Ezeogo Chukwu Ogwo, Mr. Maduabuchi Eke, Mr. Ifeanyi Adieji All Ward Chairmen, All Ward Councilors, among others.
