Following the EndSARS Protests which have been hijacked by hoodlums, the Wife of the Governor of Abia State, Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, is calling on all Abia Women to join in a One-Day fasting and prayer session to seek God’s intervention for peace, security and protection in the face of recent events that have caused turmoil in the country and brought about loss of lives and property.
In a statement made available to IGBERE TV by Chika Ojiegbe, Chief Press Secretary to the Wife of the Governor, the prayer and fasting session is to take place on Thursday 29th of October 2020.
“To this end, all women resident in Abia State and in diaspora are enjoined to fast and pray from the hour of 6 o’clock in the morning of Thursday 29th of October to 12 noon same day.”
“There will be a live broadcast of the concluding session of the prayers and fasting on all radio stations across the state.”
“To be part of the concluding session, all are invited to tune into the following stations by 11.45 am for the concluding session of the One Day Prayer and Fasting event.”

Vision Africa 104.1 Umuahia
FLO FM 94.9 Umuahia
REAL FM Radio 99.1 Aba
