IgbereTV reports that Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle has facilitated the rescue of 11 victims from bandits without ransom.
The rescued victims, eight males and three females, are from Bauchi, Niger, Sokoto and Zamfara respectively.
Matawalle, who received them at the Government House on Saturday, October 3, assured his administration will not rest on its oars until total peace returns in the state.
Matawalle directed the victims be taken to hospital for medical treatment before finally reuniting them with their families.
