The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the Edo Governorship election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has cast his vote at the ongoing polls.
Igbere TV reports that Ize-Iyamu arrived his polling unit, had his temperature checked over COVID-19, before presenting his voter card.
After the INEC official confirmed his identity on the Voters Register, he was given a ballot paper which he thumb-printed inside the voting cubicle and finally dropped it in the ballot box outside.
Our correspondent monitoring the election reports that Ize-Iyamu voted in his Iguododo ward 5, unit 26, in Orhiomwon local government area of the state.
