IgbereTV reports that passengers were seen wearing face masks at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos as international flights resumed operations on Saturday, September 5, 2020, after five months of lockdown on the Nigerian airspace due to the ravaging Covid-19 pandemic.
Many Nigerians are afraid that the opening of the Nigerian airspace will increase the COVID-19 infection rate in the country. But the airport officials and passengers were seen strictly adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols.
