Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has ordered for the suspension of the 12 traditional rulers who went to Abuja to meet with President Buhari.
Their suspensions were made known in a letter forwarded to the traditional rulers which was seen by IGBERE TV.
According to a source who spoke to IGBERE TV on the condition of anonymity, the 12 monarchs are loyal to a billionaire business mogul, Price Engr Arthur Eze.
In the letter signed by the state commissioner for Local Govt and Chieftaincy Affairs, Chief Greg Obi the 12 traditional rulers were slammed with one year suspension.
Prominent among the traditional rulers are Igwe Kelly of Igbariam, Igwe Alor, Igwe Ifitedunu, Igwe Nawfia among others.
The suspension of these Igwes have foreclosed all moves to reconcile Arthur Eze and gov Obiano.
