IgbereTV reports that Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday, June 4th, 2020 donated food items to Anambra state government for distribution to the people of Anambra to ease the economic hardship occasioned by the emergence of Covid-19.
Secretary to Anambra State government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu said that the items donated are 500 bags of 5kg rice, 250 bags of 5kg beans
and 250 bags of 5kg maize.
Professor Chukwulobe also said that the state government has already received the items through its Abuja liaison office.
He thanked the former President for extending help to Anambra people at this time, while assuring him that the donated items will be equally distributed to the people of Anambra.
