Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the murder and rape of Uwa Omozuwa in Edo state and the recent case of Barakat Bello in Oyo state, IgbereTV report.
Atiku in his statement disclosed he spoke with the Omozuwa family and his attention has been drawn to yet another rape and murder of another young lady, Barakat Bello.
He said, “As a father, I know what it is like to deal with such a loss. We are racing against time.”
“It is crucial that the rapist(s) of Barakat and all other victims are speedily brought to justice to serve as a deterrent,” Atiku added.
