The Nigerian Postal Service (NPS) Headquarters in Abuja is currently on fire, as at Wednesday morning, Igbere TV has learnt.
FCT Fire Service, are, however, on ground to contain the fire, which attracted a large crowd at the ever-busy Area 10, Garki, in Abuja.
Igbere TV could not immediately establish what led to the incident, as officials of the NPS declined comment.
A security officer, who pleaded anonymity, however, told newsmen that the fire started at about 8:40 a.m.
An eyewitness, Mr Adamu Bala, said he drew the attention of the security officers guarding the building when he saw smoke coming from the back of the building.
