IgbereTV reports that 4 new cases of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Enugu, on Saturday, 2nd May.
Recall that 2 new cases was just recently recorded in Enugu. Enugu now has a total number of eight COVID-19 cases.
A statement signed by Obi Emmanuel Ikechukwu, Commissioner for Health, Enugu State, reads
“These new cases are two adults and two children, who live in Enugu and hail from Bauchi State and travelled to Jos Plateau State, with the case that was reported as the 3rd positive case in Enugu.”
This brings the status of positive cases ever reported in Enugu to 8 with 6 active cases.
