Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has finally relaxed the lockdown occasioned by the deadly Coronavirus in the state, four weeks after it was announced, Igbere TV reports.
Ikpeazu who announced the easing of the lockdown while briefing newsmen at the government house umuahia however, said that all borders in the state remains closed.
He said Churches, tricyclists are to begin operation.
