IgbereTV reports that Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has announced in a COVID-19 briefing on Friday, that one of the confirmed patients of COVID-19 in the state has been discharged from isolation after two consecutive negative test result.
The patient who is above 70 years in age and presented with serious underlying medical conditions.
Ikpeazu also revealed that the second patient is still receiving treatment and in stable condition.
