As announced today by the President of the Senate Ahmad Lawal, Senator.Ajibola Bashiru (Osun Central) has become the new Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Public Affairs.
He replaces Senator Godiya Akwashiki (Nasarawa North) who is now the new chairman Senate committee on Labour, Employment & Productivity while Senator Olujimi Abiodun (Ekiti South) is the new chairman Diaspora,CSO and NGO a positive previously held by Senator Ajibola Bashiru.
Akwashiki replaces the late Senator Uwajimogu who was the committee chairman.
