Popular online medium, Igbere TV, on Tuesday felicitated with a former Governor of Abia and current Senator representing Abia North senatorial district in the National Assembly, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, MON on his 60th birthday.
In a statement personally signed and issued to journalists in Uyo, Executive Director of Igbere TV, Emeh James Anyalekwa also felicitated with Mr. Kenneth C. Udeh, a Special Assistant on Media to Sen. Kalu, who turned plus one today.
Anyalekwa, who doubles as National President of the Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), described Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu, who is also the Chief Whip of the Senate, as “the people’s senator.”
Describing the former governor as a “quintessential performer”, Mr. Anyalekwa said Kalu is admired far and near by his contemporaries for his “visionary and innovative approach to life issues, and exemplary leadership style.”
He applauded the Abia North senator for staying strong and defending his people despite the present situation and challenges, saying Kalu is an “astute leader of Igbo land and a dogged fighter.”
The Igbere TV boss said the current travails of the former governor was a stepping stone to glorious days ahead, urging the senator not to give up nor stop fighting for what is right even in the face of dangers.
While congratulating Kenneth on his birthday, the online medium described the senator’s aide as “a professional who keeps sentiments and emotions far away from logic, which is why we have seen your career took an exponential growth.”
“If there is someone who knows how to max out his talent, skills and abilities, it is absolutely you! You have been the perfect embodiment of a great man. May all your career dreams come true,” the statement added.
