The lady who was allegedly assaulted by the Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources, Abdumumini Danga, has spoken to the public on the incident.
In a video which was captured by IgbereTV, Oyeniyi accused the commissioner of assaulting and raping her over a Facebook post.
Oyeniyi had on March 29, 2020, made a post on her Facebook page about Danga not taking care of his sibling, who is her friend.
Oyeniyi said that the post did not go down well with Danga and he allegedly ordered his boys to abduct her, beat her mercilessly, got her to apologise on video, stripped her naked in the presence of her 3 year old son, raped her, made a video of it, kept her overnight and raped her overnight.

According to IgbereTV reports, a coalition of Human Rights group has taken up the case to seek justice for Elizabeth Oyeniyi through for the help of Dorothy Njemanze Foundation.
IgbereTV learnt that Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has ordered an immediate investigation into the case.
