The Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Nweze Umahi, FNSE, FNATE, on Friday, commiserated with Sen. Ben Murray-Bruce and family over the untimely departure of his wife, Mrs Evelyn Murray-Bruce, describing it as a difficult time but prayed to God to grant him the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
In a statement made available to Igbere TV on Friday by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Francis Nwaze, Umahi said :
“It is indeed a painful moment for my friend, Senator Ben Bruce and family. Losing a wife at a young age is one of the most difficult things to bear as a man.
“As you grieve her death, be consoled by her legacies while on earth which are visibly present in your adorable children and take solace for she lived a Christian life worthy of emulation.
“I pray that God gives you the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.”
