Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari has sent a goodwill message to women as they celebrate the International Women’s Day, according to IgbereTV.
The First Lady stressed that the occasion of International Women’s Day is not only meant to celebrate women’s achievements but to remind them of the need to continue playing those crucial roles towards making the world a better place for humanity.
She, therefore, called on “Nigerian Women as mothers to pay more attention to children’s wellbeing in our changing society. As mothers, wives, sisters,role models and equal stakeholders in project humanity, we look forward to more opportunities for the realization of our full potentials for an equitable, just and prosperous society.”
