Gov. Abiodun lifts embargo placed on 20 LGAs bank accounts in Ogun

IgbereTV reports that Ogun State Government led by Gov. Dapo Abiodun have lifted the embargo placed on the bank accounts of all 20 Local Government Areas in the State.

Gov. Dapo Abiodun also warned all appointed LG Transition Chairmen against ridiculous taxes and selective project execution.

The Governor said, “To take effect from Monday, February 17, the lifting of the embargo avails all Chairmen reasonable yet checked autonomy to embark on people-oriented projects that would justify their transparent appointments, which had zero influence from me.”

He also urged the Chairman to work encourage security, agriculture, investment among others in the state.
