Revealed! Why Gov. Akeredolu visited Buhari

The Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu was in Abuja yesterday where he met with President Muhammadu Buhari.

While there were reports that part of the reasons for the visit was to discuss Operation Amotekun with the President, it, however, seems to be more than that.

IgbereTV reports that Gov Akeredolu visited Pres. Buhari to personally invite him to the commissioning of the Ore Flyover Bridge,  which is the first of it kind in ondo State.

Akeredolu also formally intimated the President about the position of the Law concerning the NDDC MD position which should come from Ondo State amongst other issues.

In addition, the President will be commissioning the Ondo-Linyi industrial hub.

The reports revealed that the Ondo – Linyi industrial hub currently sits on over 70 hectares of land and contains 6 plants ranging from Ethanol to Paper and biochemicals.
