The 2019 Vice President candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Peter Obi has also reacted to the US visa ban on Nigeria as he stated that it was avoidable.
According to the former Anambra state Governor the latest action from the United State is a consequence of the failure of governance.
He said, ”The U.S Visa ban on Nigeria was avoidable. It is a consequence of the failure of governance. It is capable of sending wrong signals to prospective investors. I hope the administration will work in tandem with relevant stakeholders to right the wrongs to get the ban lifted.”
In an earlier report via IgbereTV, the FG has set up a committee to proffer solution to the visa ban on Nigeria by the US.
