The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday sworn in new commissioners to his cabinet.
This comes after he dropped some of the commissioners in his cabinet some weeks ago.
He advised the new commissioners to the work Lagosians expected from them.
Sanwo-Olu in his statement said, “To further speed up service delivery, I swore in new cabinet members and commissioners to the Civil Service Commission today. I reminded the new appointees that the question Lagosians will be asking very soon will be what we have achieved in one year.”
“Time will come and it will go but it is what we do with it that posterity will judge us with. The essence of this reminder is to keep each and everyone of us on target. We cannot afford to be complacent in our approach to governance because there is so much to be accomplished.”
