Nigerian Grammy Nominee, Burna Boy has finally spoken for the first time since losing the 2020 Grammy Award to Beninese songster, Angelique Kidjo.
Burna in a statement on Monday night while reacting to the death of Basketball legend, Kobe Byrant revealed that he would have been a basketball player if he was not a singer.
He said, “There’s only one thing more precious than our time and that’s who/what we spend it on” – – if I wasn’t doing music I would have played basketball, and it’s all because of Kobe! We’ve lost a legend and our hearts are breaking! Prayers up for his family/”
Burna Boy also congratulated Angelique Kidjo and also applauded his numerous fans for the support that he got.
