Kano state Governor Ganduje was captured by IgbereTV in an aeroplane sitting together with a female after he banned members of the opposite genders from boarding the same commercial tricycles in Kano State.
We only hope he is in the right direction because this brings to mind the question: “Are The Rich Above The Law?”
