The leadership and membership of the 9th House of Representatives celebrates with all Nigerian Christians at this Yuletide commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ.
In a statement made available to Igbere TV on Wednesday by Hon. Benjamin Kalu, Spokesperson, 9th House of Representatives, said this is a period to spread love, which our Saviour brought to the world.
The statement reads in part :
“It is a moment to broaden the horizon of selflessness and service to humanity and time to re-examine our relationship with our Creator. It is our earnest desire that Nigerians will reach across ethnic and religious divides with love, as we ought to in this season of joy.”
“In the spirit of the hope and redemption that Christmas brings, we look forward
to a bright and flourishing future for Nigeria.”
“Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.”
